NATIONAL EB-5 WEALTH CENTER – BUILDING TRUST THROUGH HOW WE SELECT PROJECTS AND SUPPORT EVERY INVESTOR
An EB-5 investment is more than a financial decision. For many families, it represents a long-term plan involving U.S. permanent residency, educational opportunities for their children, and new possibilities for the entire family.
When exploring the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, the important question is not simply “Which project should I choose?” but also “Who stands behind the project, and who will support my investment in the years ahead?”
At National EB-5 Wealth Center, we believe investor trust is not built through promises or promotional statements. It is earned through how projects are selected, how investment capital is managed, how development progress is monitored, and how investors are supported throughout their EB-5 journey.
A Regional Center Directly Involved in Project Development and Management
One of the key distinctions of National EB-5 Wealth Center is the role we play in our projects.
National EB-5 does not simply introduce third-party EB-5 investment opportunities. As a Regional Center, our team is directly involved in selecting, developing, and monitoring projects within our portfolio.
This involvement allows National EB-5 to maintain a closer connection to each stage of development, from initial project evaluation and investment structuring to construction activities, progress monitoring, and ongoing project operations.

For investors, this distinction is particularly meaningful. Because an EB-5 investment may span several years, the ability of a Regional Center to understand actual project conditions and monitor development is an important consideration when selecting an investment partner.
Focusing on Projects Driven by Real Market Demand in Texas
National EB-5 focuses on real estate development projects in Texas, an important market for real estate investment and development in the United States.
Rather than expanding its portfolio simply to increase the number of projects, National EB-5 prioritizes developments of appropriate scale that respond to local market demand and remain within the team’s ability to oversee directly.
Our project portfolio extends across key Texas markets, including Arlington in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area and Houston. These developments include commercial real estate and community-oriented projects designed to serve local needs.
This approach allows our team to maintain closer oversight throughout project implementation while emphasizing investment structures aligned with our development and management capabilities.
Evaluating an EB-5 Project Through Two Objectives: Immigration and Investment
For EB-5 investors, selecting a project involves more than satisfying immigration requirements.
EB-5 capital remains a genuine investment and must be placed “at risk” in accordance with program requirements. Therefore, in addition to job creation and compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requirements, investors should understand how their capital is expected to be deployed, how the investment is structured, and what repayment or exit strategies are contemplated.
This is also how National EB-5 approaches project evaluation.
Legal considerations, financial structure, development progress, job creation potential, and exit strategies should be assessed together rather than focusing on any single factor.
Our objective is to help investors better understand where their investment capital is intended to go, how it will be managed, and how a project expects to generate the funds needed for potential capital repayment.
All Form I-956F Project Applications Filed to Date Have Received USCIS Approval
For EB-5 projects under the Regional Center Program, Form I-956F is an important application submitted by the Regional Center to USCIS to seek approval of an investment in a commercial enterprise. The application includes supporting information regarding the project, business plan, investment structure, and job creation methodology.
Under the leadership of Kenny Nguyen, CEO of National EB-5 Wealth Center, according to National EB-5’s records, all Form I-956F project applications submitted by the Regional Center to date have received USCIS approval.
Approval of Form I-956F does not mean that every individual investor’s immigration petition will automatically be approved. USCIS separately reviews each applicant’s eligibility and supporting documentation. Nevertheless, I-956F approval represents an important milestone in the EB-5 project adjudication process.
For National EB-5, these results also reflect our emphasis on carefully preparing project structures and supporting documentation from the outset.
Experience Demonstrated Through the Actual Life Cycle of Projects
One of the factors investors should consider when evaluating a Regional Center is the actual track record of its previous projects.
National EB-5 has been involved in projects that have progressed through various stages of the EB-5 investment life cycle, including capital raising, construction and development, job creation, and investor capital repayment.
Past results should never be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance. Every EB-5 investment carries risks and must be evaluated independently.
However, practical experience across different stages of a project’s life cycle provides valuable insight that helps our team continuously refine its approach to project selection, structuring, and management.
Transparency Does Not End When Investment Documents Are Signed
An EB-5 journey can extend over several years. Investor support should therefore continue beyond the initial capital contribution or immigration petition filing.
National EB-5 emphasizes ongoing communication throughout project development. Construction progress, major milestones, and relevant developments are monitored to help investors understand the current status of their projects.
For us, transparency is not simply about providing extensive documentation at the beginning of an investment.
It also means maintaining communication, accountability, and investor support in the years that follow.
Teams in the United States and Vietnam – Bridging the Distance
An EB-5 investment is implemented in the United States, while investors and their families may continue living in Vietnam. Geographic distance can therefore be an important consideration throughout the process.
National EB-5 maintains support teams in both the United States and Vietnam to help connect investors with the ongoing development and management of their U.S. projects.

In the United States, our team monitors project activities and coordinates with relevant professional service providers. In Vietnam, investors have a local point of contact for communication, progress updates, and assistance with questions that may arise throughout their EB-5 journey.
Having a presence in both markets helps reduce language and time-zone barriers. More importantly, it gives investors a clear point of contact when they need information or support.
A Major Decision Deserves a Long-Term Partner
The success of an EB-5 journey cannot be measured in weeks or months.
From exploring investment opportunities and preparing capital to filing immigration petitions, awaiting adjudication, pursuing permanent residency, and eventually reaching the investment repayment stage, investors may remain connected with their Regional Center for many years.
That is why National EB-5 Wealth Center follows a disciplined approach: focusing on projects that our team can thoroughly understand, directly monitor, and remain accountable for throughout the investment life cycle.
We believe trust does not need to be built through grand statements.
Trust develops when investors can see how their projects are progressing, understand how their capital is being utilized, receive meaningful information when needed, and know that a dedicated team continues to support them throughout the process.
This is how National EB-5 Wealth Center strives to build lasting relationships with the families who have chosen us as part of their EB-5 journey.

If you are exploring the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and would like to better understand the role of a Regional Center, project investment structures, and the key factors to consider before investing, the team at National EB-5 Wealth Center is ready to provide information and support to help you make an informed decision aligned with your family’s long-term goals.
